For Vodafone, we analysed the procedures and costs in the communications processes of large medium-sized clients.

We supported swb on many projects; among others, on the analysis and optimisation of group-wide material costs, the introduction of a group-wide Management Information System and the creation of transparency and measurability of the portfolio management.

We supported Otto on its optimisation of the existing sales planning as well as the sales controlling.
